When Should You Call an Emergency Plumber in Brampton?

Not every plumbing problem is an emergency, and treating everything as one is stressful and expensive. The practical test is simple: is water or sewage actively causing damage, or is the home unusable right now?

Call immediately for a burst pipe, an uncontrolled leak, a sewer backup, a completely blocked main drain, a failed sump pump while water is entering the basement, or a total loss of water supply.

It can usually wait for a scheduled visit if it is a single dripping tap, one slow fixture drain, a running toilet, a minor pressure complaint, or a fixture you have stopped using and isolated at its shut-off valve.

While waiting, shut off the water. The main valve is normally near the meter; individual fixtures have their own stops. Contain the water, move belongings clear, and stop using drains completely if sewage is involved.

One honest note about availability: our service hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We do not advertise 24/7 service because we would not be able to answer those calls, and a promise that goes unanswered at 3 AM helps nobody.
