Faucet Repair Brampton

Faucets and showers are the plumbing you touch every day, so wear shows up here first. A drip that seems trivial is a worn part slowly getting worse, and it is one of the easiest things to put right.

Plumber Brampton repairs, replaces and installs kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, laundry taps, outdoor hose bibs and shower valves.

Shower repairs

Shower problems usually come down to the valve. A dripping shower head after the water is off, a handle that no longer controls temperature properly, or scalding when someone runs a tap elsewhere all point at a worn or outdated valve cartridge.

We repair and replace shower valves, install pressure-balancing and thermostatic valves, fix leaking tub spouts and diverters, replace showerheads and arms, and handle full shower fixture installations during a bathroom update.

Low shower pressure

Start with the simple causes: a clogged showerhead full of mineral scale, or a partly closed shut-off. Beyond that, low pressure at one fixture usually means a restricted supply line or failing valve, while low pressure everywhere points at the main supply, a pressure regulator, or scale in older galvanised pipe.

We check the fixture, then the branch, then the main so the actual restriction is found rather than replacing parts hopefully.

Repair or replace a faucet

Quality faucets are worth repairing — the body outlasts the cartridge by decades and parts are usually available. Inexpensive units with corroded internals, cracked bodies or discontinued parts are better replaced, and a new install also gives the chance to update the shut-off valves and supply lines underneath.

Faucet & Shower Repair FAQs

Is a dripping faucet worth fixing right away?

Yes. A steady drip wastes water continuously, stains fixtures, and the worn part often keeps degrading until the handle or valve seat is damaged too.

Can you install a faucet I purchased myself?

Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures and will let you know before starting if anything about the model or the existing rough-in causes a problem.

Why does my shower temperature swing?

Usually a worn or non-pressure-balanced valve reacting to other water use in the house. Replacing the cartridge or upgrading the valve normally resolves it.
